By focusing ourselves on a continuous casting production means allows us only to take advantage of this technological system; producing bars, but above all tubes with particular dimensions and limited thicknesses, means to satisfy technological requirements and cost issues.
The best result achieved is for us an incentive and a starting point for further improvements.
We produce bronze bars having circular cross section with continuous casting method, using many bronze alloys according to UNI Tables, for what concerns standard measures. We also may produce particular measures, based on specific requirements and on the experience of our technical department.
Circular bars have a minimum diameter of 15 mm for a commercial length of 500 mm, and multiples up to 3000 mm.
Up to a 120 mm diameter, it is possible to undergo the bars to a rolling procedure, which makes them suitable to automatic machines.
We produce bronze tubes having circular cross section with continuous casting method, using many bronze alloys according to UNI Tables, for what concerns standard measures. We also may produce particular measures, based on specific requirements, planned with our technical department and our qualified experts.
Tubes have a minimum external diameter of 23 mm and internal diameter of 13 mm (minimum thickness may be of 5 mm in relation to the dimensions of the tube) for a commercial length of 500 mm, and multiples up to 3000 mm.
Up to a 120 mm external diameter, it is possible to undergo the tubes to a rolling procedure, which makes them suitable to automatic machines.
